A&K was established in 1989 providing nationwide service to the machine tool industry. We began by repairing, rebuilding, and retrofitting, screw machines and CNC turning centers. In the past few years we have seen the need to bring back the single spindle B&S. We began by retrofitting the B&S CNC Ultramatic, which decreased customer downtime and improved cycle times dramatically.
Since this was such a huge success we decided to take it one step further and developed the MOE (Moving on Electronically). A perfect solution for single spindle houses looking for CNC capability with the exceptional B&S foundation. We took great care in developing this machine as to not change what made the B&S so famous. We currently have over 100 conversions in production today.
